Memoirs of a Spacewoman (2022)

Mixed-media installation in the landscape; exhibition at The Briggait, Glasgow

Commissioned by the Clyde Fishermen's Trust and Wasps Studios as part of Scotland's Year of Stories

This project explored the life and work of the writer and activist Naomi Mitchison (author of more than 90 books including Memoirs of a Spacewoman). It included a series of community workshops around Kintyre, where Naomi lived, followed by a series of text interventions in the landscape, and an exhibition of the work at The Briggait.
